Registered intellectual property contents are available to the public (limited access) for content search and or verification purposes.
5. VERIFIED REGISTRATIONS
Verified status is an approved legal claim of ownership of the registered content assets, registrar or owner of the intellectual property reserving all rights.

10. RIGHTS VIOLATIONS
Reported copyright violations of registered contents, contents that are proven to be in breach of rights will be tagged then removed (vault contents will be hidden) within 10-working days after registrar have been notified via email.
11. SERVICE DENIAL
IPBV reserve the legal right to refuse service to anyone for undisclosed reasons to preserve the company's interests.
12. NO REFUND POLICY
NO refund, is part of IPBV's policy to prevent fraud and exploitation.
13. IP REGISTRATION APPROVALS
An email confirmation of approval is sent to notify registrar of their intellectual property registration status, if unapproved the registration status will be updated, registrar will not be notified via email.

14. FRAUDULENT CLAIMS
Registrar will be held legally liable for any fraudulent claims.
15. YOUR ACCOUNT
In order to access the features of this Site or use the Services, you will have to create an Account. You represent and warrant to IPBV that all information you submit when you create your Account is accurate, current and complete, and that you will keep your Account information accurate, current and complete. If IPBV has reason to believe that your Account information is untrue, inaccurate, out-of-date or incomplete, IPBV reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or terminate your Account. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your Account, whether authorized by you or not, and you must keep your Account information secure, including without limitation your customer number/login, password, Payment Method(s) (as defined below), and shopper PIN. For security purposes, IPBV recommends that you change your password and PIN at least once every six months. You must notify IPBV immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Account. IPBV will not be liable for any loss you incur due to any unauthorized use of your Account. You, however, may be liable for any loss IPBV or others incur caused by your Account, whether caused by you, or by an authorized person, or by an unauthorized person.
16. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Stripe processes product/service billing as a separate merchant of record and receives no Customer client data. IPBV binds each sub-processor to data protection terms at least as protective as these and remains responsible for them.
17. PRIVACY AND SECURITY
All traffic uses HTTPS. Stored PDFs kept in a private with public access blocked, and reachable only through the platform. Passwords are hashed. Users account data is separated, and staff access follows the roles their admin assigns. Logins are rate-limited and tokens expire. IPBV may also disclose data if the law requires it, to protect people's safety and or the legal rights of the company.
