Where do i start?
Registering an Intellectual Property in two steps, first Create Your Account > Go to "IP Registration" (Choose from menu: Art, Audio or Word).
How do i register my intellectual property?
Registrar (as the account holder) → Choose the intellectually property type → Create & submit your article of registration application → Registration is reviewed and processed → Your registration is published after verification and approval - with publication date .
How long is the review process?
Registration review and approval process (4 - 7 working days service guaranteed), after approval registrar/owner legally reserve all intellectual property rights.
Do i receive a registration document or certificate?
Registrar receives an Article of Registration (AR Certificate) document certificate (PDF) after approval and publication. Printing standards: Document must be printed on "Certificate paper" for official use.
Can i transfer IP ownership?
Transfer of ownership, send us transfer request; Sign in to your account on ipbankvault.com, go to 'Request IP Transfer' menu.
Note: Both parties must sign the IP Transfer document (Account profile: download & print) which must be witnessed by a Notary Public.
Can i register an existing IP?
Registering an existing Intellectual Property with IPBV, proof of ownership is required (send us an email pre-registration).
Can i Copyright with IP BankVault?
Copyright claim, IPBV services (note: this service is currently unavailable) will include copyright claims for existing registered contents.
How safe and secure is IP BankVault?
All content assets and your data are safe; contents secured with additional backup, including permanent Vault storage. It's your responsibility to have the original copy of your Intellectual Property registration document.

How secure is your Intellectual property content(s); content assets are stored with enterprise-grade security and protection on a centralized platform, all approved registrations are published on ipbankvault.com, our main content/item storage is at the Vault at opensea.io (@ipbankvault, find your content vault/ID number on your registration certificate) 'protecting intellectual property rights.
How do i access my account with a Passkey?
Sign in, Go to Account "My Account" Menu → Edit Profile → Add New Passkey
