Registering an Intellectual Property in two steps, first Create Your Account > "Register" (Choose: Art, Audio or Word).
Is it legal?
It is legal, evidence to prove the existence of a content with a timestamp of registration and document of ownership with or without copyright status. Registering a Logo mark or an Icon, on IP BankVault is legally recognized as a Trademark.
How long is the approval process?
Registration and Approval process (4-7days service guaranteed), after approval owner legally reserve all rights to the registered content at IP BankVault,
What about IP document?
Physical proof of ownership, registrar receives a PDF (Document) of Intellectual Property registration.
Can i transfer ownership?
Transfer of ownership, send us transfer request; Sign in to your account on ipbankvault.com, go to 'Request IP Transfer' menu.
Can i register an exiting IP?
Registering an existing Intellectual Property with IP BankVault, proof of ownership is request (send us an email pre-registration).

Copyright claim, IP BankVault services (note: this service is currently unavailable) will include copyright claims for existing registered contents.
