7. Intellectual property rights transfer, transfer request must be sent from your account at (send transfer request 'in menu).
8. Regarding property transfer, the previous owner of content before sale will be listed, after Article of Registration edit registrar will receive an updated PDF version of the registration document
(no fee for property rights transfer).
